The National Charter for church youth workers is a set of seven promises churches and Christian organisations make about the practices and principles they will use in employing a youth worker.
It helps the church articulate its desire to value and develop youth workers, & is applicable not only to full time youth workers, but also to those with other responsibilities as well as working with young people.
