UpRising Leadership Programme

UpRising was developed and launched by the Young Foundation in 2008 in East London. They are now expanding into Bedford in September 2011 and are recruiting for their programme which starts in October 2011. They are looking for young people who are enthusiastic, passionate and committed to changing their communities for the better.
