"Eleven days that will transform your life and help a family in Mexico rebuild theirs"
Are you ready to build something that will completely change someone else's life? What's more, it will change your own life too & the life of your group members!! ReBuild is an eleven-day experience where you build a new home for a poor family in Mexico, right from the foundations upwards, in a few short days using just hand tools! Then you can hand over the keys and see the reaction as you literally change one family's lives forever! Up for the challenge?!
On top of this, you'll have the chance to experience church in a completely different culture, the opportunity to be stretched in your faith and grow in your character & the satisfaction of serving a community of people in various ways as well as the building work itself. You'll also have the chance to learn to cook real Mexican food, help with games and crafts for the local children and have some time to explore Mexico and San Diego (USA).
Urban Saints has teamed up again with partners, Amor Ministries, in San Diego, California. Amor Ministries has been working since 1980 to bring homes for some of the 800 000 Mexican families who lack a basic, secure place to live. Today over 600 groups take part in short-term mission projects each year with Amor. We are excited to be working with Amor and this promises to be a fantastic experience. If you or members of your group are interested, you'll be required to fundraise money to cover the costs of the trip and the building work but Urban Saints (and our partners, Amor Ministries) will help you by giving you loads of ideas for great fundraising ventures!

N.B. ReBuild is only accessible to young people attending the project with their leaders. Young people seeking to join the ReBuild team are advised to speak to their group leaders and ask them whether they are prepared to organise a trip for their group.
